More Hamantaschen

I am still baking hamantaschen--in fact, I am baking another 1/2 batch of dough today, only this one was made with milk subbed for the orange juice. I was about to make some from the other dough for my almost-sister and family in upstate New York when I suddenly remembered that Beth is very, VERY allergic to citrus products. Whew!

I've put up a slide show of the ones I baked last night so that you can see the folding process. I also learned on someone else's blog that using a Silpat mat seems to help keep fillings from oozing. And as you'll see in the picture of the raspberry jam version, it does work!
