Ammendments To Passover Cookies Recipe

1)I made these yesterday and ground the almonds & sugar together in the food processor, and then mixed in the egg whites while still in the processor. Smoothest batter I've ever made.

2)For some reason, the cookies took almost a half hour to brown on the edges. But they are one of the best batches I've ever made!
