Freeze Those Breakfast Cookies!

Just a quick update to those breakfast cookies: put individual scoops of cookie dough into small plastic bags and freeze them.

When ready to bake them, microwave for 15 seconds to soften them and proceed to baking as usual.
They will still take just 18 minutes, so you could do these in the morning, but I recommend doing them the night before as these are best after cooling.
